What to expect at your visit

• We listen and examine you, often with an endoscope, a thin camera, to see inside the nose, throat or ear.
• Many problems are treated with medicines or a procedure in the clinic, such as wax removal or a vertigo correction manoeuvre.
• If tests are needed, such as a hearing test, scan or sleep study, we explain why before arranging them.
• When surgery is needed, most is done as day-care surgery.
